Elizabeth Lockwood & Marjorie Marcellus
Creating a Collaborative Culture
Elizabeth Lockwood has an NCIDQ certificate and is a LEED accredited professional. She is an IIDA board member, implementing sustainable design forums. Elizabeth has a B.A of Interior Architecture, with a minor in Architecture and Art History and a M.A. in Whole Systems Design. Her professional experience spans a range of project types from hospitality to multi-family housing. She continues to practice commercial and residential design while teaching at two CIDA accredited interior design schools. She teaches a variety of courses from upper level design studios to technical courses related to sustainability. Her most recent work has entailed teaching collaboration by means of understanding group dynamics. She won honorable mention in the 2013 CIDA Innovation in Interior Design Education Award for her entry: Collaboration in Hospitality Design.
