IDEC 2017 Conference Exhibitor Information

A Single Exhibit Space is $1,000 and includes a 6’ skirted table and one full conference registration. A Double Exhibit Space is $1,750 and includes a double exhibit space and two full conference registrations. 
The exhibit hours are as follows:
 
Thursday: Exhibit/Sponsor Hall open from 11:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Strolling Lunch with Exhibitors
2:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Room shift
3:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. Room shift & beverage break (Beverages provided in exhibit space)
5 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. Room shift
 
Friday:  Exhibit/Sponsor Hall open from 7:15 a.m. – 12 p.m.
7:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. Strolling Breakfast with Exhibitors
9:45 a.m. - 10 a.m. Room shift
11 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Room shift & beverage break (Beverages provided in exhibit space)  
 
*Setup will be Thursday morning from 7 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and tear-down on Friday from 12 p.m. -3 p.m.
 
Additional exhibitor information:
  • Exhibitor will be provided 6’ skirted table. All materials must be placed within the confines of the tabletop. 
  • Space includes a 6’ table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.
  • No pipe and drape will be utilized.
  • The services of an exhibit decorating company will not be available.
  • Requests for power may be accommodated for an additional fee.
  • Exhibit materials can be shipped directly to the hotel at the exhibitor's expense.
