Green Design

Below is the Call for Sustainable/Green Design Course Materials issued the Green Design Education Initiative. The submissions are due by June 1, 2002 and will be blind reviewed by a qualified jury of educators and practitioners. The selected materials will be published here on the IDEC web site.

The Green Design Education Initiative is a strategic partnership comprised of the Interior Design Educators Council (IDEC), the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and Metropolis Magazine. Sponsorship currently includes BASF and INTERFACE. These prominent US-based international associations are pooling resources to gather, share, and disseminate information about green design.
