Introducing Bethany Hensley

We welcome Bethany Hensley to the IDEC staff as Membership & Meetings Assistant. Bethany is a recent graduate from IUPUI with a degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management. More than likely Bethany will be the voice you hear when you contact the IDEC office and she monitors the info@idec.org email account. You can also reach her directly at bhensley@idec.org.

IDEC Bylaws Revisions Approved

The membership has voted to approve amendments to the IDEC Bylaws effective May 27. The changes clarified several membership categories including Institutional Affiliate and Associate; established the Regional Chair Representative as a Board Director; and redefined some of the responsibilities of the Past President and President Elect.
