Description
Teaching interior design professionals can be truly fun but uniquely
challenging; especially when they have the added learning style of being
adult learners! If you teach CEUs, your audience will be by nature
and training: creative, competitive, time-conscious, budget-conscious,
licensing-pressured, and self-motivated. They have typically been working
all day and are now sitting in your class. How do you keep them awake
and alert, as well as interested in hearing the materials you came prepared
to share? How do you "dodge the tomatoes" as a presenter and
instructor? This mini-course will share tips and practical ideas of how
to keep the audience interested and your presentation on track.
This CEU was
developed specifically for the teachers of CEU courses (experienced
and new) but may be of interest to all who teach adult learners whether
they are interior design professionals or students.
